These terms govern your use of Scenario Lingo ("the Service"), operated by CJ Meridian LLC. By using the Service you agree to them.
Scenario Lingo is a language-practice tool: it generates scenario vocabulary, roleplays conversations with you, and suggests more natural phrasing. Usage is measured in credits.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for your account and keeping your sign-in method secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (including attempts to circumvent usage limits or automated scraping).
If something's broken or you're unhappy, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right. Statutory refund rights in your country are unaffected.
What you create (saved scenarios, notes, conversations) is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and display it back to you. You can export it any time (Settings → Data) and everything stays readable even if your subscription ends.
Vocabulary, roleplay replies, and corrections are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. The Service is a learning aid — not professional translation, legal, medical, or other advice.
Don't use the Service to generate unlawful or harmful content, probe or overload our systems, resell access, or bypass metering. Guest preview limits are enforced per network address.
We aim to keep the Service up but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve. If we ever discontinue the Service, we'll give you notice and time to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and CJ Meridian LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
